For the last six years
fitness has played a big role in my life. I keep active with
physical activities such as snowboarding, swimming, kickboxing, hiking,
running, and strength training. I stay active to feel good, to be fit, and
to live healthy. Feeling and seeing these self-fulfilling outcomes has made
me passionate about motivating others to lead a healthier and happier
lifestyle. These positive outcomes of fitness training include: weight
loss, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strengthening and toning, injury
recovery, improved athletic performance, increased energy, stress reduction,
and reduced heal th
risks. One of the biggest rewards is finding the emotional strength
and self-confidence that is buried deep in ones self.
With
my education and experience I will guide you through effective, safe, and
motivating exercise programs dedicated to assist you in reaching your
personal fitness goals. I have had the opportunity of training the female
participants from the popular television show “The Last Ten Pounds”, along
with a diverse range of individuals at various fitness levels. With just
the little time we had together I helped a young girl reach her goals in
just two weeks. I am committed to staying up to date with all of the
current developments in the evolving field of health and fitness. All
it takes is that one step and with your dedication I am committed to helping
you reach your fitness goals and the success that you deserve.
